PHP fixed

Forgot to post that I fixed PHP yesterday.  It is now at 5.2.8, and PCRE is now working correctly.

PHP issue

Apparently there relatively major bug in PHP 5.2.7 which was discovered shortly after I started upgrading PHP yesterday.  As a result, 5.2.8 was released.  I will be upgrading PHP again tonight to get to this fixed version. Additionally, something is wrong with the PCRE PHP module right now, so apps that depend on PCRE might be broken.  I will fix this as well tonight. I apologize for any inconvenience.
